Becoming a successful engineer not only requires technical knowledge to solve engineering challenges, but also strong soft skills such as leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to manage the work team and corporate with different stakeholders. In the view of this, the HKIE CPDC and YMC will jointly organize a 2-day-1-night leadership training camp with the theme “Enlighten Your Path”, which aims to:-

i)          Enable participants to develop important skills of leadership and team work through interactive activities;

ii)         Inspire participants to establish career goals and map out career paths in engineering industry; and

iii)        Provide a communication platform for students and young engineers in the HKIE.
