Programme Highlights

Building Information Modelling is becoming popular in construction projects in Hong Kong. Technology drive the success in professional services. This seminar is an experience sharing of how Building Information Modelling (BIM) is adopted by young professionals.

In this seminar, the speaker will introduce BIM development and implementation in Hong Kong. She will further introduce BIM application in Quantity Surveying field. She will share experience of technology adaption by young professionals as well as case sharing of using BIM within a professional team.

The speaker would also share her view on Corporate Social Responsibility and STEM Education.

Speaker

Sr Annie S F Chu is a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (FHKIS), professional member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Hong Kong Institute of Building Modeling (MHKIBIM) as well as a BEAM Professional and Certified Mediator. 

Sr Chu has over 10-year experience in consultant and property developer in Hong Kong and now is a co-founder of QnS Consultancy Limited which provides BIM, BEAM, Quantity Surveying and Risk Management services to construction and real estate industry.

The seminar will be conducted in CANTONESE. The seminar is free of charge and the number of participants is limited to 80.
