One-Day Hong Kong- Macau Technical Exchange Tour in Macau (Jointly Organized with HKIE CPDC)

Programme Highlights
This one-day tour aims to provide young engineers with an excellent opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to advanced manufacturing facilities and integrated engineering solutions in Macau. This tour will cover a visit to the Macau Light Rail East Line Project* and Wynn Palace Back of House. 

The participants may:
  • Have a chance to visit the construction pit of the underwater section of the Macau Light Rail East Line Project, which is the first cross-harbor tunnel project in Macau. 
  • Observe the integration of innovative solutions for tunneling, ensuring reliability and safety for the community.
  • Explore the operational processes and infrastructure of the Wynn Palace, including SkyCab and Lake Plant systems.

Join us for an enriching visit, where young engineers will gain valuable insights from the GBA regarding Hong Kong’s practices, standards, and challenges, offering a broader understanding of Macau Industry.

Seize the opportunity for a meaningful cross-cultural interaction!

* Participants are required to bring their own safety shoes for the site visit. Safety helmet and reflective vest will be provided on site.

This event is limited to 35 participants. Prior registration is required. Applications will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis with priority given to Registered Young Members (RYMs).
