Programme Highlights
The
Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the important Chinese festivals to celebrate
every year. To share the joy with the elderly, we are pleased to invite you to
participate in a community service supporting the Yang Memorial Methodist
Social Service – Kingsford Terrace Centre’s Mid‑Autumn outreach. This initiative will deliver
festive greetings and practical care to approximately 1,500 singleton and
elderly‑couple
households in Wong Tai Sin. Volunteers will form small teams to conduct home
visits in the Choi Wan area, distribute Mid‑Autumn care packs, and engage in friendly
conversations to check on well‑being—fostering
connection and care within the community. This service is co‑organised with CIPHE. We hope you will enjoy
the experience, meet new friends, and contribute to a meaningful cause.
Please come and join us as a volunteer to share
our happiness with the elderly in need.
