Programme Highlights
Public engagement (PE) has become a critical
component in Hong Kong's public sector projects, directly influencing project
success and stakeholder satisfaction. With the increasing complexity of
infrastructure development in the region, there is a unique opportunity for
engineers to strategically scale the PE framework and demonstrate its value.
In this regard, we are delighted to invite
Education for Good, an experienced coaching organisation, to deliver a sharing
session on mastering public engagement in the public sector. Tailored for Hong
Kong’s unique context, the workshop covers crafting winning proposals,
tailoring PE strategies, and maximising project impact. Case studies and the
application of design thinking principles will highlight successful PE
practices across project stages.
