Programme Highlights
Construction contracts often involve multiple participants, including
main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. This complex network can lead
to misunderstandings regarding the rights and obligations of each party,
particularly due to ambiguous contract terms, which increases the likelihood of
disputes. By analyzing construction subcontracting disputes from various
perspectives, we can uncover valuable insights.
During the event, we will conduct specific case analyses to deepen our
understanding of the practical implications of arbitration in resolving
disputes within the construction industry. Following topics will be included in
the workshop:
Topic 1: Contract Law in Engineering: Challenges and Solutions
Topic 2: Advantages of Arbitration in Engineering
