you will gain firsthand insight into one of Hong Kong’s key environmental
infrastructure projects.
This informative and
engaging visit will highlight the cutting-edge construction techniques and
environmental conservation efforts associated with I·PARK1, a state-of-the-art
integrated waste management facility.
Highlights of the
visit include interactive exhibits and vivid imagery showcasing the boiler and
flue gas treatment systems, educational displays explaining innovative methods
such as the non-dredged reclamation technique, and an environmental corner introducing
the unique ecosystems and biodiversity of South Lantau, including Silver Mine
Bay, Chi Ma Wan, Shui Hau Wan, Tai Long Wan, and Fan Lau Sai Wan.
