Programme Highlights

Perfume Trees is Hong Kong’s first gin brand, infusing the spirit with locally-sourced aromatic botanicals. It has recently opened Tankyu Distillery, its first gin tasting room. Located at The Mills in Tsuen Wan, it serves as an official venue for tasting and cocktail workshops organised under its mother brand.

Throughout the workshop, participants will be instructed on fundamental bartending techniques, followed by a tutorial on crafting signature cocktails using Perfume Trees’ trademark spririts. Participants will also gain the opportunity to learn more about Tankyu Distillery, as well as the origin of Perfume Trees’ brand.

The number of participants is limited to 10 and prior registration is required. The applications will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis with priority given to Registered Young Members. Participants must be over the legal age of 18 as a prerequisite to join the workshop.
