We're excited to invite you to
the Geospatial Lab (GeoLab). The GeoLab, initiated by the Development Bureau of
the HKSAR Government and managed by the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, serves as
a platform to promote the utilization of spatial data for the advancement of
innovative applications, aligning with the objectives of the Common Spatial
Data Infrastructure (CSDI) initiative in fostering smart city growth.
Within this space, you will
discover comprehensive information on the GeoLab's operations, including:

facilities and their functionalities

procedures for geospatial training programs, seminars, and workshops organized
by the GeoLab

Guidance on utilizing
geographic information system (GIS) software

knowledge exchange on geospatial data
Prof. Ir. TSANG Kim-Fung will
be our esteemed speaker during the visit. With a specialization in IoT, AI, and
smart applications, Prof. Tsang actively contributes to the community in
various roles. He currently holds the positions of Vice President, Chairman of
the IoT Committee, and Editor of Smart Vision at the Smart City Consortium.
Additionally, he has previously served as the Chairman of the HKIE Electronics
Division.
We are confident that the
GeoLab will empower engineers to engage in collaborative thinking, exploration,
and development of diverse spatial data applications.
