Programme Highlights
Buildings have long since been a primary
target for applications from a number of areas: from cyber-physical systems
to building energy use to improved human interactions in built
environments. This schema defines a concrete ontology for sensors,
subsystems and relationships among them, which enables portable
applications.
It addresses the need in the traditional
building E&M industry for data that are readily interpretable, meaningful
and machine-readable. By fusing knowledge graphs together, data scientists are
able to develop Semantic models and deploy advanced AI applications to be used
across multiple buildings - no matter the type of the automation system they
use. This removes the need to create different AI models for each individual
building.
