Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) is a method of construction that involves the manufacture of pre-fabricated modular components in factories, which are then assembled on-site. The government has been promoting the adoption of MiC in the construction industry due to its benefits on efficiency, safety, quality, manpower and waste reduction.
