Programme Highlights
Dr. Lee will walk you through the roots of the myopic view embedded in
the official narrative of HK’s
water story, to demonstrate how this view has been diverting water planners’
attention away from the nexus issues. He will unpack unfounded beliefs that
permeate the public’s imagination on HK’s water resources situation, to proffer
an alternative view of a more sustainable HK with, e.g., the co-use of various
waterbodies in the future. A sharing and discussion session will be held, in
the later part of the seminar, with HK’s fellow water planners, professional
engineers and trade practitioners.
