Programme HighlightsEngineers need to work on various challenging tasks nowadays. They are responsible for problem solving and making decisions on different engineering activities. These abilities are essential and beneficial to young engineers for their future career development.
This workshop aims to equip participants with problem-solving and decision making skills to handle daily work in the engineering field. Participants will also learn the common mistakes in decision making, techniques and ways to shift perspective in problem solving, as well as obstacles in making rational decisions.
This workshop will be taught through the following elements:

- Role Play

Dr. KONG Kwok Wai
Dr. KONG Kwok Wai has extensive experience acquired from roles he has held at major international investment banks in New York and Hong Kong. He is also a chartered mechanical engineer who worked at CLP before his banking career. Leveraging his unique experience across the finance and engineering fields, he offers specially designed courses for technical staff that covers both technical knowledge and business skills.
