The HKIE-YMC Overseas Delegation is a sustainable programme that arouses young engineer’s potential in leadership and motivates the young ones’ vision to learn from overseas experiences.

The YMC plans to organise a delegation to Switzerland, with the theme “Time to Reindustrialise”.  As a centre of industry and research, Switzerland has a highly developed manufacturing industry with high-technology and knowledge-based production.

The delegation team shall review Swiss success in industrialisation and its latest technological application in various industries, and explore how Hong Kong shall promote reindustrialisation and develop high value-added industries.
