Feeling stressed and exhausted from your high
intensity daily work? Let’s get relaxed
by joining our yoga course! Yoga focuses on breathing, strength, and
flexibility. Practicing yoga can help beat the stress and achieve better health
both physically and mentally.
This beginner-friendly yoga course will be
taught by an experienced and qualified yoga instructor. The course comprises 2
lessons:
1) gentle
stretching will be taught which helps release stress and tension of the
participants in the first lesson;
2) participants will
learn hatha yoga which includes simple postures with muscle strengthening in
the second class.

The number of
participants is limited to 18 (9 for each session) and prior registration is
required. Applications will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis with
