To deal with opposite opinions, effective negotiation skills are important in workplace communication which helps to resolve conflicts and achieve aims. It is about reaching win-win solution where the outcome is fair for all parties.
This workshop aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills of negotiation including nature of negotiations, preparation work of pre-negotiation, development of clear aims and objectives, how and when to apply different negotiating styles, strategies and tactics. Throughout the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to practise the negotiation tactics taught.

Mr Aalok G. is a former Banker & Global Head of HSBC. He began his career in negotiations with Corporate Sales with experience in negotiating multi-million-dollar deals and leading his workforce for the negotiation work. He has been engaged in training/ coaching executives from diverse industries such as banks and management consulting firms.
