Programme Highlights

Every function and activity that takes place in an engineering firm involves some form of direct or indirect communication. The success of these functions and activities directly depends on the ability of engineers in the organization to communicate effectively.

In this workshop, participants will identify concrete steps and processes that will help them improve their communications skills. Once these concepts are identified, they will then practice these skills through group activities, which will add more depth to and solidify their learning.

The workshop will be conducted in Cantonese (Presentation materials in English).

Mr. Talis WONG, a certified global Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) trainer and chartered engineer, specialises in communication training and has extensive experience in training corporate executives, teaching staff, and NGO leaders.
