Programme Highlights
Managing subordinates of similar ages and gaining respect from experienced subordinates are some common challenges that young engineers are facing at workplace. Thus, it is essential for young engineers to early equip themselves with effective management skills to handle these situations.
Effective management skills include building good relationships with subordinates, performance analysis, effective communication and motivating individuals. The workshop will include lecture, group discussion and role play exercise to equip participants with coaching skills through training.
The workshop will be conducted in Cantonese (Presentation materials in English).
Speaker
Mr. Ricky NG, the Executive Director of Tip Top
Consultant Limited, has over 20 years of professional experience in management
system development. His experience included reviewing performance gaps of
organizations, developing performance management systems and implementing the
systems. With his solid experience in operation management in CLP, Towngas,
MTR, AA, etc, he is proficient in integrating strategic objectives of senior
management into practical solutions for middle management and frontline staff.
