Programme Highlights

The Hong Kong International Airport is one of the busiest airports in the world. The Airport Authority is currently expanding Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) into a three-runway system (3RS) to meet future air traffic growth and maintain Hong Kong's competitiveness as an international aviation hub.

The technical visit will comprise a tour of Integrated Airport Centre and a tour of airfield and midfield concourse, introducing to young members real-time monitoring of airport operations and contingency management, and a presentation regarding the overview of HKIA, updates on the 3RS, and other airport development.
