Programme HighlightsThis seminar will take a frank look at construction technology in particular BIM and digitalization, while addressing the gathering and use of data on construction projects and the difficulties this can cause. Likely contractual issues around BIM will be examined and what construction professionals can do about it. The seminar will also explore how we can use technology to communicate complex ideas and how this may be used by experts and counsel to assist courts and tribunals.

SpeakerMr Lee Baker is a delay analyst and Principal at HKA, responsible for the Forensic Delay Group in Asia. He has multiple appointments as an expert witness and has testified in the High Court of Singapore. Lee has nearly 15 years’ industry experience and specialises in time-related matters and programme risk management.
