Programme HighlightsWorking throughout the years, engineers would begin to have some supervisory or managerial duties. In order to advance their career, engineers need to master the relevant soft skills. The seminar will introduce some key soft skills such as communication, etiquette and public speaking; coaching and handle difficult conversation in the workplace; and how to become emerging leaders in leading teams.
Afterwards, a real case study in engineering industry will be shared for career coaching in which participants will be guided to put their own shoes into the case characters through a mix use of media, case and G.R.O.W. Model.
