SpeakerIr Lewis HO (CEng, FIMechE, FHKIE, MIGEM) is an Engineer in the disciplines of both Mechanical and Gas Engineering. Before his retirement as a Chief Engineer, Ir Ho had been serving in the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department for 30 years in various posts. Apart from being a professional engineer, he was actively involved in the introduction of E&M Services Trading Fund and the Total Quality Management. By embracing the concept of helping people to help themselves, he has been enriching his knowledge and expertise in facilitation and coaching.
