Programme highlights
It is often said that children carry the key to the future of our society. However, there are many children in the PRC who are studying in a poor education environment. Is there any way where our young engineers can offer their professional helping hands to these suffering children in the PRC? In order to illustrate the possible contribution by young engineers to these children, a briefing seminar is jointly organised with the Sowers Action where representatives from Sowers Action and volunteers from the HKIE will share their experiences with our young engineers. Through this seminar, young engineers will learn about the possible engineering support and contribution that they can offer to help the PRC children who are studying in poor education environment, ie reviewing construction drawings, inspecting schools under construction.
