Programme Highlights

Eating out is about to become a bigger and bigger dieting challenge. When you don't dine at home, you have less control over ingredients, preparation methods and portion sizes, which can lead to a meal that's higher in calories and fat than you may like.

It's the time to arm yourself with knowledge so you can be social and eat smart. Don't surrender your social life in an effort to eat clean. Join us and learn how to navigate restaurant menus and stay on your diet while eating out!


Speaker

Ms KO Tsz Yan is a Registered Dietitian. She is responsible for the importation and registration of foodstuffs, health products or drugs, and providing nutrition counseling services and lectures. She graduated from the Food and Nutritional Sciences of Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has been interviewed by television and radio and wrote cookbooks for children to integrate nutrition into everyone's life.
