Programme Highlights
The
Mid-Autumn Festival is a time for family reunions, moon gazing, and enjoying
delicious mooncakes. This festival symbolizes harmony and unity and is rooted
in ancient traditions. Join us in preserving this cultural treasure by learning
how to make snowy mooncakes!
During the
snowy mooncake making workshop, participants will learn the techniques of
making mooncakes from scratch, perfect for all skill levels. They will be able
to bring back the mooncakes for their families and friends to share.

is limited to 15 participants. Prior registration is required. Applications
will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis with priority given to
