The InnoCell of Hong Kong Science and Technology Park was awarded by Beam Plus as Final Platinum under the New Buildings category. InnoCell has highly sustainable features such as high energy efficient air conditioning, lighting system and lifts. It provides open to public recreational facilities and building amenities embracing the concept of “Co-working & Co-living” to “Live Outside the Box” and inspire interactions. InnoCell is also the pilot project of multi-storey MiC building in Hong Kong.

The 17-storey building, consisting of 418 nos. of modular units serves as a modern smart living and co-creation community offering 393 residential units of accommodation for talent and incubates from the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks.

During the technical visit, members would have the opportunities to visit the InnoCell Hostel and be introduced with the design and construction of this platinum awarded project in Hong Kong.
