Kong currently has about 120,000 visual impaired persons. To build an inclusive
society, it is important for us to correctly understand their special needs
arising from different degrees of visual impartment with a receptive and open
attitude.
The workshop
will help participants to understand the needs of visual impaired people, and
learn how to offer assistance and conduct sight guides for them.

participants is limited to 30. Prior registration is required. The applications
will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis with priority given to
