Programme Highlights

Under the keen competition nowadays, young members are expected to have a strong set of multiple skills. It is important to equip themselves to cope with the challenges. Besides technical knowledge, the development of intelligence sense such as creativity and design thinking are essential and particularly effective and beneficial to young members for their career development to become future leaders.

This activity comprises interactive games and small group discussions to allow young members including students to play as a team and exchange career advice. Participants will evaluate their performance and identify rooms for improvement in this interchanging venue.
