Programme Highlights
Personality governs things such as our life decisions, interpersonal interactions, work attitude， and leadership style. In a team setting, how can we understand other team members and master the skills to work with each one of them? The enneagram provides clues and traces for you to identify your blind spots and break out of the box. By understanding your own personality, you can also bring out the potentials of your sub-ordinates by assigning more suitable tasks and overcome blind spots in your workplace. Everyone will be able to work together and bring out their best in the team.
The workshop aims to allow young engineers to recognise their strengths and weaknesses in relation to work, including their own preferences in communication, and decision making, as well as to appreciate how their preferences influence the interaction with their teams.
