Programme Highlights

The basic processing steps for alcohol, from raw materials to products, may be similar, but each type of alcohol has its own difference. The manufacturing and processing of every product have to go through a series of steps to meet the strict regulatory compliance. 

At this workshop, members will understand the manufacturing process of beers and have hands-on experience in producing beer. Members can take away their own products.

Teaching content includes:

• Beer crafting; 

• Use of crafting tools;

• Manner of beer tasting;

• Beer styling; and

• Beer culture.
