Programme Highlights
Leadership skills are important for engineers in their daily job, such as leading the team to perform and complete tasks, and devise creative and effective engineering solutions. A successful leader allows the team to achieve the required outcomes with minimum effort. Particularly for engineering students and budding engineers, who may not have strong leadership skills and experience, this two-day workshop will provide you with some insights.
Through experiential learning. the workshop aims to enable participants to understand and appreciate teamwork and leadership qualities, as well as develop participants’ creativity and problem-solving skills.
Session 1 will focus on how to build up good communication skills and relational skills; and
Session 2 will allow the participants to develop effective creativity and problem-solving thinking system.

Mr. Talis WONG, a chartered civil engineer and certified global Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) trainer, specialised in communication training and has extensive experience in training corporate executives, teaching staff, and NGO leaders.
