Programme Highlights

Engineers often have to organize public engagement and consultation events to obtain views and opinions from the community.  By obtaining the essential skills, engineers can facilitate the event to be carried out in a smooth and professional manner. 


Throughout the workshop, the participant can understand the role and function of a facilitator in events such as conferences and public consultation sessions and the skillsets in facilitating an event. The workshop also aims to build participants’ confidence and capabilities in public speaking and the projection of a professional image. The ability to manage Q&A sessions and unexpected events will also be covered in this workshop.

The seminar will be conducted in Cantonese (with English terminology).

Ms. Laura Cozijnsen – Founder of Lighthouse Consultant Limited

Laura is a Dutch-Chinese entrepreneur, a motivational trainer and an acclaimed master of ceremony. She is an award-winning professional master of ceremony who has hosted high profile international events including World Expo, International Mathematical Olympiad and One Belt One Road Summit.
