What is Floorball? Imagine playing ice hockey without the ice and pushing each other!

As one of the newly emerged sports, floorball is a relatively new but quickly growing sport in Hong Kong. It is a type of fast-paced indoor hockey, which is very popular among European countries such as Sweden, Finland and Denmark. In this experience, participants will understand the history and rules of floorball and learn basic techniques such as ball controlling, passing, receiving, shooting and dribbling. Participants will also have chance to work in teams to complete some challenges.

Coach

Ms. Vien TSANG Sze-man, being a Sports Presenter and Multimedia Creative Producer, has long been a sports enthusiast.  Also, she is the Founder of Hong Kong Kiddos Floorball and the Chairman of Hong Kong Women’s Development and Public Relations & Promotion Committee of the Floorball Federation of Hong Kong.

Applications will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis and priority will be given to RYMs. HKIE-YMC reserves the right to cancel the course due to insufficient enrolment.
