Works for Developments at Southern Part of the Former Runway
The technical visit will introduce the design and construction of the
infrastructure works at the southern part of the former runway. The infrastructure works include, inter alia,
a landscaped deck and noise barriers, realignment and widening of Shing Fung
Road, provision of public open spaces, associated footpath and underground
utilities. The design and construction
for the project is also equipped with Building Information Model.
In this visit, participants will gather at the site office and a
presentation on the works and challenges of the project will be given, followed
by a site visit.
