Workshop on Interview Skill (Jointly Organized by YMC and CPDC)

Programme Highlights

Interview skill is especially important for young engineers who are preparing for their interview in professional assessment, or during job interviews. Under the graduate training scheme, young engineers may have limited opportunities to practice and prepare for these situations. The interview skills for both job interviews and professional assessment will be covered. This workshop aims to provide young engineers with guidance on how to perform well, what to expect and how to get prepared in general interviews.

Experienced Engineer will be invited to share:

- How to prepare for an interview

- What to expect in an interview

- Tips of success

- Common errors

Speaker:

Ir Vincent Tam - a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer, Director, Wings & Associates Consulting Engineers Limited. Before he started his company, he was the Technical Director of Black & Veatch Hong Kong Limited, and headed a design team working on a variety of civil, structural and small hydro engineering projects in Hong Kong and worldwide. He was also one of the recruitment managers responsible for recruiting engineering staff for Black & Veatch Hong Kong Limited.

This seminar will be conducted in Cantonese. This seminar is free of charge and the number of participants is limited to 80. The applications will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis.
