Programme highlights
Have you experienced some sudden pains when you work in the office? Poor
or static posture at work can increase stress and cause pains in your neck,
back, hands or legs. These pains can be a warning signal to your body and has
to be treated carefully. So, what we can do to solve the problem?
To enhance our members’ physical health, this workshop will cover ways to
relieve the pain from working in the office by using yoga techniques. It will introduce some stretching tips to
deal with the pains and how yoga with positive meditation can help release stress
at work.

This workshop is free of charge and the number of participants is limited
to 130 (Max. 30 nos. to join in person and 100 nos. to join online). Applications will be
accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis with priority given to Registered
