Programme Highlights
Adequate body training is essential to maintain our body operations. Tennis is a high body coordination sports. It includes an intensive movement and tactical planning during the competition. Anyone who are eager to try new sports or train up their physical limits can definitely satisfy themselves throughout the tennis course.
In the course provided, proper fundamental trainings will be offered to the beginners. Participants would be trained with basic tennis techniques under a safe and fun environment. The whole event will be guided experienced coach.
Nothing makes you happier than spending a night with friends and pushing your limits. Join us to enjoy a happy Friday night in tennis court!

Notes:
(i) Participants could only attend either one of training sessions.
(ii) Tennis racket shall be self-prepared.
(iii) Attendance certificate would be issued for minimum 75% attendance

$50 (for 4 training lessons fee. Optional $200 tennis racket fee for those who wish to purchase a tennis racket)

The number of participants is limited to 20.
