Programme Highlights

Engineers need to work with different parties from diverse backgrounds, and often, they need to come up with innovative ideas to solve various problems. Apart from the knowledge in their own disciplines, the development of soft skills such as problem-solving, communication and teamwork are important and beneficial to young engineers for their career development.

Participants will be provided with a platform to exchange experiences and insights with each other and understand their future roles in the engineering community. By engaging in challenging group-based tasks and activities, participants could explore and discover their talents and passions, as well as appreciating teamwork and leadership qualities. Acquiring all these essential attributes, it is hoped that our students and young members gone through this programme will become the future leaders in the society.
